He provides strategic advisory and deal making services, craft business models for clients and his own businesses to deliver value to all stakeholders by linking strategy with resources, finance, and capabilities. His key focal area is making innovation a key strategy for short- and long-term success and establishing frameworks for radical and incremental innovation.

A partner since 2006 with experience working with non-profit organisations, attorneys trust accounts, trusts and administration of estates. Serving both international and local businesses operating in retail, agriculture, mining, manufacturing, distribution, public sector and non-profit.

Francois Froneman

A partner since 1995 with extensive knowledge in finance and cash flow management, the stock market, estate planning and valuations, property, mining and manufacturing.

Pieter Venter

A partner since 2010, who previous specialised as transactor in the Trade Finance Division for Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), moving to FNB International Banking as a deal maker before joining Middel & Partners.

Gerrie van der Walt

Joined the company in 1994 with extensive experience in financial planning, tax efficient processes, accounting system implementations, and financial management restructuring in a variety of business sectors especially in the agricultural and property sectors.

Derek Coetzee

Joined Middel & Partners in 2015 as Head of Business Services in Limpopo after being with PWC for 22 years. He has vast experience in business consulting, accounting, tax, and audit services in a wide variety of business sectors.
